Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders placed on the Visibly store are processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Preorders: Ship according to the estimated timeline above once inventory arrives.
In-stock items (when available): Typically ship within 2–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available carriers and service levels are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. From time to time, we may offer free U.S. shipping; eligibility will be displayed at checkout.

SECTION 3 – TRACKING & DELIVERY WINDOWS
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Delivery time depends on the carrier/service selected and your location. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after the label is created.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, peak-season volume, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

SECTION 5 – ADDRESS CHANGES & UNDELIVERABLES
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify the address after an order has shipped. Packages returned as undeliverable or refused may incur reshipment fees.

SECTION 6 – LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier. Report a missing or damaged package via our contact form within 14 days of the delivery scan (or the last tracking update if never delivered). We’ll help file a carrier claim and, where eligible, arrange a replacement or resolution.

SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (DDU) assessed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout unless explicitly stated. Customs processing can extend delivery timelines.

SECTION 8 – SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together when all items are available, or separately at our discretion. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

SECTION 9 – HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASONS
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major promotions), processing and transit times may be longer than usual. Please plan accordingly.
