Refund policy

OVERVIEW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, please contact us via our contact form. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
 • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
 • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON_RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, clearance items, or custom/personalized orders.


PREORDERS
Preorders may be canceled any time before shipping. Once shipped, they follow our standard 30-day return policy.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. As above, items must be unused and in original packaging.


REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
